We start with fresh fruit, straight from the best growing regions of the world. Within two hours of harvesting, the cranberries and blueberries undergo ultra-low temperature IQF processing directly at the farm facility.
Fruit is sorted, cleaned, and immediately individual quick frozen (IQF). IQF fruits are placed flat on tray and through a vacuum chamber that gently removes water from the fruit by evaporating the ice, called “sublimation”.
The fruit structure as well as the nutrients are retained delicious and the fruits are transformed into, delightfully light, and flavorful CRISPIES. 100% All Natural. No additives or preservatives.
